Brewing Instructions (Per 3g)

  • Hot Brew: Place 3g in a teapot. Pour 10–12 oz (approx. 300–350ml) of water cooled to 175°F (80°C). Steep for 1–1.5 minutes to preserve the delicate aroma.

  • Cold Brew: Place 3g in 12–16 oz (approx. 350–500ml) of cold water. Refrigerate for Half hours for a sweet, crisp, and beautifully clear infusion.

We've taken "Yamacha," healthily cultivated in the mountainous region on the border of Shizuoka and Aichi prefectures blessed with clear spring water, and delicately layered it with the natural aroma of cherry leaves. The cherry leaves used are carefully selected from those obtained during the pruning of cherry trees growing in the mountains.

A moment so pleasant, it makes you want to take a deep breath.

This sencha offers a gentle umami and a clean finish, complemented by the subtle sweetness and saltiness of cherry leaves. It's perfect for when you want to escape the midday hustle and relax, or as an after-meal drink. Each sip delivers a refreshing taste that reflects the changing seasons.
