Brewing Instructions

Hot Brew: Use 1–2 tbsp per 16–20 oz of water. Bring to a boil, add leaves/grains, simmer for 3–5 minutes, then turn off heat and let steep for another 3 minutes.

Cold Brew: Place 2 tbsp in a pitcher with 32 oz of cold water. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours (or overnight) for a crisp, refreshing taste.
